Inspection and overhaul of gearbox LOCKER-ROTEX

Scope of work:

We performed an inspection and repair on a gearbox LOCKER-ROTEX 842 SS/SS.

GBS International got this LOCKER-ROTEX 842 SS/SS gearbox in our shop in Belgium. After inspecting the gearbox, we did a complete overhaul and testing. After our quality control department was done, we send the gear unit back to our client.

Scope of work:

- Disassembly, cleaning and inspection
- Renew bearings, seals and various small materials
- Revision work and deliveries
- Assembly and adjustment
- Test run with reporting
