The renewal of the bearings and seals; 2 pieces of gearboxes, brand kuypers, 37,420 type, drive SB + BB, serving Taklift 4 including:
• The on-site dismantling of internals comprising including
top cover (pos.1) and pump (pos.23).
• Transporting the components to GBS
• The disassembly, cleaning and inspecting
• Inspection reporting and proposal for
revision, cost reporting and quotation for any
additional work.
• The renewal of the bearings and seals, various
consumables like gaskets, mountings, etc
• Assembly of completely internals and oil pump.
• Transporting the the components to Waalhaven
Taklift 4 - Rotterdam,
• Complete assembly of the gearboxes at the ship.
