| Inspection and repair of gearbox of brand Flender • Overhaul proposal and supplies: • Carrying out the repair as described in our inspection report. • The replacement of the bearings, seals and overhaul of the mechanical seal (to be determined), supply GBS Gearbox Services International. • The renewal of various packing material like small fasteners, etc., supply GBS Gearbox Services International. • Modification of the input shaft E-motor / gearbox according to the attached proposal with our drawing number SB93305-100. • Renewing the E-motor, pre-consult with the customer specifications. • The refitting the gearbox. • If necessary, the surfaces of the lower lids due axial bearing clearances. • Checking the supporting images and side clearances. • Full test-run |
