| Scope of work: | ||
| The renewal of the bearings and seals; 2 pieces of gearboxes, brand kuypers, 37,420 type, drive SB + BB, serving Taklift 4 including: • The on-site dismantling of internals comprising; starting pinion (pos.9), complete with gear shaft (pos.10 and 11), including top cover (pos.1) and pump (pos.23). • Transporting the components to GBS, transportation is provided by us. • The disassembly, cleaning and inspecting the internals and oil pump. • Checking the shaft at position of bearings, oil seals, gears and couplings in sizes and damage. • Note the above findings in the inspection record, and, if any proposal for revision, cost reporting and quotation for any additional work. • Together with customer reviewing of our inspection costs associated with any task for more work. (stop point) • The renewal of the bearings and seals, supply GBS • Renewal of various consumables like gaskets, mountings, etc, supply GBS • Assembly of completely internals and oil pump. • Transporting the the components to Waalhaven Taklift 4 - Rotterdam, transportation is provided by us. • Complete assembly of the gearboxes at the ship. |
