Reductor of Lohmann and Stolterfoht GUC 630 1342

Scope of work:

We performed inspection and repair on a gearbox LOHMANN & STOLTERFOHT GUC 630 1342.

The conversion operations consists of:

• Disassembled in order to check all bearings and gears on gearbox Lohmann & Stolterfoht GUC 630 1342 reductor. Control measurements of all bearings and gears.
  
• Removed the old and fitted the new drive gear wheel for the direct driven gear oil pump and cpp pump. Investigated the reason for the beak down of the first driven pumps. Fitted the new direct driven pumps.
