Gearbox repair project on Lightnin 88S 75

GBS International got this Lightnin 88S 75 gearbox in our shop in The Netherlands. After inspecting the gearbox, we did a complete overhaul and testing. After our quality control department was done, we send the gear unit back to our client.

The gearbox has been in operation for around 7.5 years and is being overhauled preventively
The conical gear set is being replaced, customer delivery
The gearbox is supplied with a lower bearing member with a motor sedan and with a mounted coupling half on the input shaft
