Inspection and repair service on PIV JPD75-R11-V25-90 gearbox

Scope of work:

We performed an inspection and repair on a gearbox PIV JPD75-R11-V25-90.

The conversion operations consists of:

• Renewing of the bearings on location.
• Performing of the repair constructions.
• Disassembling of the first three pinionshafts and transporting to our fitting shop.
• Controlling of the output bearing to the benefit of the output shaft.
• Renewing of all bearings and seals.
• Transporting ofvthe inside box to the location.
• Re-assembling of the inside box on location.
• Controlling and aligning of the E-motor.
