We performed an inspection and revision on gearbox CONRAD STORK V 270.
Disassembled this gearbox and checked for any damage.
The bearings and seals had to be repaired.
The damage was repair by our engineers.
The gearbox was transported back to our client.

Disassembling gearbox Flender NK NR SCH355/P/So.
After cleaning, we were able to perform a fully inspection.
The inside of the gearbox had te be repaired.
Our engineers repaired them and made a test run.

Disassembling of the top cover

- Fixating of the output spline shafts per fixing plate.
- The serrations with reference to eachother.

Inside of the gear case

- In the inside of the gear casing were found metal particles from the broken tooth.

On gearbox of Kone we performed a revision/inspection.
Seals and bearings were repaired.
After repairing we made a test run-
with a test run report for our client.

Performing:
Disassembling ZPMC gearbox.
Checking the axial clearance.
Compete assembly of the gearbox.

This gearbox made a strange noise.
We performed an inspection.
Foundings:
Stand-still marks on the gears.
These marks caused the abnormal sound.
On several teeth was damage found.

Disassembling, cleaning and inspection on gearbox Bierens KA55-35.
Revision according to revision proposal.

We manufactured an gearsegment for the swing of an Bucket wheel excavator.

Leakage in the input shaft and on one side of the seals.
We repaired all of the seals and assembled it again.
At the end we performed an alignment on the gearbox.

First we disassembled and cleaned it.

Damage was repaired.
