Checking for any leakage, tears or damages.
The shaft was slightly damaged, so we repaired it.

- Disassembling and inspection.
- Repairing of the seals and assembling the repaired gearbox.

- Renewing of the complete inside box.

On gearbox Pekrun ASR 160 we performed a revision.

We disassembled and cleaned the gearbox.
Founding that the bearings were damaged.
Renewed the bearings and sealings.
Assembling the gearbox again and made a test run.

Disassembling of gearbox WGW SBHN 6,5 onsite.
The pinion was damaged, we had to repair it.
We transported the damaged pinion to our workshop for inspection.
We were able to repair the damage and the new pinion
was send back to our client.

On gearbox SEW RF100-L6200 we performed a complete inspection.
First we disassembled and cleaned the gearbox. After that
we were able to inspect all parts. The bearings and sealings
had to be renewed. We renewed them and performed a test run
with a test run report.

We disassembled and cleaned all of the gearbox parts.
After cleaning, we could do our inspection.
We renewed all bearings and sealings.
Our findings were reported to our client.

Performing a visual inspection with our endoscope on gearbox JSW DRS 150.9-LHP.
We disassembled and cleaned this gearbox.
All the damaged parts where renewed.

Performing an overhaul on gearbox NF11-BN-2,68.
We renewed the inside of the gearbox.

- Disassembling and cleaning of the gearbox.
- Inspection with report.
