After several repairs during the last years by repairing companies, our company was asked for an repair and modification for this gearbox. Because our company has the largest coarse analyse department, we were able to do the repair in 3 weeks with all the alignment and flatness checks, line-boring of the gearbox onboard and developing an modification for the PTO-shafts.

New buiding of 2 custum made hydraulic clutches for pump driving.

The renewal of the bearings and seals; 2 pieces of gearboxes, brand kuypers, 37,420 type, drive SB + BB, serving Taklift 4 including:
- The on-site dismantling of internals.

- Inbound Planetary gearbox (Elsto) not in this scope; the customer has recently renewed this, just test run in our workshop.
