Scope of work:
Disassembling of gearbox WGW SBHN 6,5 onsite. The pinion was damaged, we had to repair it. We transported the damaged pinion to our workshop for inspection. We were able to repair the damage and the new pinion was send back to our client.

Scope of work:
We performed: Disassembling, overhauling and inspection on gearbox WGW SN-1/So. We made a complete inspection report for our client. We checked the sealings and renewed them. For the final check we performed a test run with a test run report for our client.

The disassembly, cleaning and inspecting the gearbox. The preparation of a complete inspection. Stop Point. getriebemotoren Complaint: - Oil leak at the incoming and outgoing shaft. Proposal Revision and supplies: • The execution of the repair as described in our inspection. • The renewal of the bearings and seals, supply SB Worldwide • Update of various consumables like gaskets, mountings, etc, supply SB • The refit of the gearbox. • If necessary, machining the surfaces of the bearing covers, to get the right axial bearing clearances. • Checking the contact pattern and flank clearances. • Bench test preparations, gear preparation, fill with oil and no-load test for 4 hours, at which this decline will be presented to the customer. • Gearbox assembly externally after degreasing and preservation according customers specifications. • Gearbox prepare for shipping. • Gearbox delivered to customer
