On gearbox WGW KSHK 1330 S/So we performed:
- Disassembling, cleaning and inspecting.
- Making a complete inspection report.
- Renewed all bearings and sealings.
- Test run with test run report.

Disassembling and cleaning of gearbox WGW KSHK 1330 S/So.
Followed by an inspection on all of the parts.
Bearings were repaired and the sealings were checked.
For a final check we performed a test run with test run report.

Performing:
- Disassembling, inspection and cleaning gearbox Conrad-Stork LTS-165-T-11C10.
- Making an inspection report.

We performed an visual inspection with an endoscope onsite.
Our findings were reported to our client, including
the pictures that we made with our endoscope.
Bearings and seals were repaired by us.
Assembling and adjusting of the gearbox was performed onsite.

Revision Malmedie-coupling.
- Disassembled the coupling.
- Cleaned the gears.
- Renewed all seals.
- Assembled the coupling.

Performing:
- Exchanging the complete gearbox DEMAG 20Zw / KF.
- Alignment of the gearbox.

- Disassembling, cleaning and revision on gearbox Demag 20Zw / KF.
- Performing a complete inspection report for our client.

Performing inspection and revision on gearbox Demag 20Zw / KF.

This gearbox TGW MHOD 250-125 was leaking.
The gearbox had to be transport to our workshop for repair and inspection.
In our workshop we performed disassembling and cleaning.
Now we could do the inspection and found the bearings and sealings were damaged.
We repaired them and made a test run for a final check.

Visual inspection on gearbox of Reintjes WAF 5555 with our endoscope.
We reported our findings with our client.

Gearbox Flender Himmel FDAD-161 was damaged. We disassembled, cleaned and inspected the gearbox. The damage was found and repaired by our engineer.

Exchanging complete gearbox DEMAG 20Zw / KF onsite.
We also have aligned the gearbox.

Our client had a problem with gearbox Lohmann & Stolterfoht.
We inspected the gearbox and reported all our findings to our client.
We managed to repair the damage and assembled the gearbox.

Performing an inspection and revision on gearbox Demag 20Zw / KF.

We disassembled, cleaned and inspected gearbox Hansen D-623.
After inspecting we made an inspection report.
It was necessary to renew all bearings and sealings.
At last, we performed a test run with a test run report.

Disassembling, cleaning and inspecting the gear motor.
Making a complete inspection report.
We repaired the gear motor according to our revision proposal.
This includes: repairing of the sealings and bearings.
At the end we made a test run.

Our work:
We first disassembled gearbox Lohmann & Stolterfoht onsite.
It was necessary to make a visual inspection, so we transported it to our workshop.
We performed a visual inspection with our endoscope.
All our findings were reported in an inspection report for our client.

On gearbox TGW NK SCN 180 we performed an inspection.
We found the bearings had to be renewed.
Also the sealings were not alright, so we repaired them too.

We designed and engineered a whole new gearbox for our client.
We drawed the housing of the gearbox, so we were able to make this fast.
When all the parts were designed, we assembled the gearbox
and made a test run.

We cleaned and inspected the complete gearbox of TGW NK SCN 180.
Our findings were reported in an inspection report to our client.

We performed and inspection on gearbox FH1650.82.C1B.
First, the gearbox was send to our workshop for inspection.
In our workshop we disassembled and cleaned the parts.
We performed the inspection and reported all our findings to our client.
Bearings and seals were renewed. The gearbox was assembled
and transported to our client again.

Revision on two gearboxes of Rademakers, including
disassembling and assembling on location.
In our workshop we were able to renew the bearings and
sealings. We replaced the repaired gearbox onsite.
