We assembled the complete gearbox again and performed a
test run with a test run report for our client.

- Inspection and reporting.
- Assembling and performing a test run.
- Disassembling the complete gearbox onsite.

We disassembled and cleaned the gearbox.
We inspected all the parts and reported our findings to our client.
After that, we assembled gearbox Renk HSN-710 again.

We performed a overhaul on three gearboxes of Jahnel Kestermann onsite.
The overhaul was performed in Papua New Guinea.

Two complete gearboxes disassembled in Ghana (Africa).
We had to inspect and repair the inner shaft of the gearbox.

Overhaul on two pieces gearbox CONRAD STORK 3R 560/3 onsite.

We designed and engineered a whole new gearbox for our client.
We drawed the housing of the gearbox, so we were able to make this fast.
When all the parts were designed, we assembled the gearbox
and made a test run.

Fabrication of Emergency Pinion and on site assembly of Emergency Pinion for a cutter suction dredger.

Customer is experiencing problems with and lack of specific knowledge of Torque Transducer Systems on board of one of their vessels. Job at hand is to instruct vessels crew on maintenance and operation of the systems. This is done by on-site training during normal operation of the vessels equipment.
